蛇形聯(lian)軸(zhou)器共(gong)有(you)九類型式，分別是JS罩殼(ke)徑向安(an)裝型（基本型）、JSB罩殼(ke)軸(zhou)向安(an)裝型、JSS雙(shuang)法蘭聯(lian)接型、JSD單法蘭聯(lian)接型、SJS接中間(jian)軸(zhou)型、JSG高速型、JSZ帶(dai)制動輪型、JSP帶(dai)制動盤型、JSA安(an)全型等。

蛇簧聯軸器其主要結構是由兩個半聯軸節，兩個半外罩，兩個密封圈及蛇形彈簧片組成。它是靠蛇簧嵌入兩半聯軸節的齒槽內來傳遞扭矩，聯軸器以蛇形彈簧片嵌入兩個半聯軸節的齒槽內，來實現主動軸與從動軸的鏈接。蛇型彈簧聯軸器運轉時，是靠主動端齒面對蛇簧(huang)的軸向作用力帶動從動端，來傳(chuan)遞(di)扭(niu)矩，如此在很大(da)程度上避免了共振(zhen)(zhen)現(xian)象發生，且簧(huang)片在傳(chuan)遞(di)扭(niu)矩時所產生的彈性(xing)變量(liang)，使機(ji)械系統(tong)能獲(huo)得較好的減振(zhen)(zhen)效(xiao)果(guo)，其平均減振(zhen)(zhen)率(lv)達36%以上。
