卷(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)聯軸器(qi)(qi)是一種(zhong)新(xin)型撓性聯軸器(qi)(qi),主要(yao)用于起重(zhong)設(she)備中起升機構的(de)(de)減速器(qi)(qi)輸出軸與鋼(gang)絲繩卷(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)聯接,也適用于其它類似的(de)(de)既傳遞轉矩(ju)又承受徑向(xiang)載(zai)荷的(de)(de)機械設(she)備,但不(bu)能用作(zuo)需承受軸向(xiang)載(zai)荷的(de)(de)傳動。
卷筒聯軸器由(you)帶(dai)鼓(gu)形(xing)齒的(de)外(wai)齒軸套、帶(dai)聯接法蘭和內(nei)齒圈(quan)的(de)外(wai)套、帶(dai)外(wai)球面的(de)承載(zai)環、端(duan)蓋和密封圈(quan)等(deng)組成,并設有定位磨損指(zhi)針、潤(run)滑油孔和通氣孔等(deng)。
