SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局(ju)，與SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)使用(yong)的場合(he)相近(jin)，主要運用(yong)在(zai)重載大型裝備(bei)領(ling)域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器采用整體式(shi)叉(cha)頭(tou)布局，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可(ke)到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離(li)可(ke)達30m以(yi)上，是運用相(xiang)當廣泛的萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的(de)機(ji)(ji)泵(beng)在安(an)裝過程中都不可避免(mian)地要進行同(tong)軸(zhou)度的(de)調整，使對輪既同(tong)心(xin)又平(ping)行，否則將(jiang)影響機(ji)(ji)泵(beng)使用(yong)效(xiao)率或造成設備運行事故。
