對輪聯軸器慣性主(zhu)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線與旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線之間(jian)(jian)重心位置偏心量的可能值是(shi)平方(fang)和(he)(he)方(fang)根值而決定(ding)的,主(zhu)要(yao)由兩(liang)半(ban)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)(he)聯接(jie)螺栓組成,對輪(lun)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套孔裝配前,鏜削切割和(he)(he)鍵槽的修整聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器端面和(he)(he)其它表面的加工等(deng)。半(ban)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器的軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套孔有圓錐孔和(he)(he)圓柱孔兩(liang)種形式,圓錐孔比圓柱孔在工藝特性上(shang)有較多(duo)的特點(dian),圓錐形軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套孔容易獲得(de)相配合(he)部件之間(jian)(jian)的同心。


對輪聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)在工(gong)作過程(cheng)中,并(bing)且會帶來燃油消耗空氣污染等后果,由于(yu)承受咬(yao)入沖擊動載(zai)荷,使得聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)受到峰(feng)值轉矩,聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)承載(zai)能力下(xia)降,并(bing)在短時間內失(shi)效(xiao),從而直接影響(xiang)其(qi)正常工(gong)作,其(qi)中的較(jiao)薄弱環節進行替換或維修是重要和(he)實用的。聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)兩軸相對半(ban)徑變位要求較(jiao)好(hao),找耦合同心度為(wei)0.2~0.6mm,存(cun)在很大困難。如果在駕駛(shi)過程(cheng)中螺(luo)栓(shuan)松動,泵裝置(zhi)的振動和(he)噪音可(ke)能會變大。
