伺(si)服電機(ji)聯(lian)軸器，因其使用(yong)場(chang)合的(de)精密(mi)性，必(bi)須具備特殊的(de)性能：零間(jian)隙(xi)：聯(lian)軸器整(zheng)體在傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)過程(cheng)(cheng)中不允許有(you)間(jian)隙(xi)，包(bao)括(kuo)正向間(jian)隙(xi)以及回程(cheng)(cheng)間(jian)隙(xi)；高(gao)剛性：即不允許出現傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)遲滯(zhi)性，否則將嚴重影響伺(si)服馬達傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)精度；低(di)慣量(liang)：在保證傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)強度的(de)基礎之上，應盡可能降(jiang)低(di)伺(si)服馬達聯(lian)軸器的(de)重量(liang)；柔性：精密(mi)的(de)伺(si)服聯(lian)軸器，不僅要求剛性高(gao)，同(tong)時需要吸收安(an)裝過程(cheng)(cheng)中產生(sheng)的(de)軸與軸之間(jian)的(de)偏差；其他(ta)性能：耐熱性、動(dong)(dong)平衡性等。

風機聯軸器是(shi)電(dian)機(ji)與風機(ji)連接的聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。它可以(yi)將不同機(ji)構中的主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢牢地緊密連接在一起，以(yi)此達到一同旋轉的目的，并傳遞運動機(ji)械零(ling)件，有(you)時也用以(yi)聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與其他零(ling)件。

風(feng)機(ji)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器具有減(jian)速、增速、變向和(he)(he)換向等動(dong)作(zuo)以(yi)及緩(huan)和(he)(he)沖(chong)擊、吸振的作(zuo)用(yong)。聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器可分為剛性聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)(he)撓性聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器兩大類。前(qian)者不具有緩(huan)沖(chong)性和(he)(he)補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)線相對位移的能(neng)力，但結構簡單，制造成本較低，裝拆、維護方便。
