扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是(shi)當超載(zai)或機(ji)(ji)械故障而導致所(suo)需扭矩超過設定值時，它以打滑(hua)形式限(xian)制傳動(dong)系統所(suo)傳動(dong)的扭力，打滑(hua)的同時也(ye)能一(yi)個信(xin)號(hao)輸出(chu)停掉電機(ji)(ji)和(he)減速(su)機(ji)(ji)，當過載(zai)情形消失后(hou)自行恢復聯(lian)結(jie)。
