伺(si)服電機聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，因其使用場合的(de)精(jing)(jing)密(mi)性(xing)(xing)，必(bi)須(xu)具(ju)備特殊的(de)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)：零間(jian)隙(xi)：聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)整體在(zai)傳動過程中不允許有(you)間(jian)隙(xi)，包括正(zheng)向間(jian)隙(xi)以及回程間(jian)隙(xi)；高(gao)剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)：即不允許出現傳動的(de)遲(chi)滯(zhi)性(xing)(xing)，否(fou)則(ze)將嚴(yan)重影響(xiang)伺(si)服馬達傳動的(de)精(jing)(jing)度；低(di)慣量：在(zai)保證傳動強度的(de)基礎之上，應盡(jin)可能(neng)降(jiang)低(di)伺(si)服馬達聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)重量；柔性(xing)(xing)：精(jing)(jing)密(mi)的(de)伺(si)服聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，不僅要求剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)高(gao)，同時需要吸收(shou)安裝過程中產生的(de)軸(zhou)與軸(zhou)之間(jian)的(de)偏差；其他性(xing)(xing)能(neng)：耐熱性(xing)(xing)、動平衡性(xing)(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電機與風機連(lian)接的(de)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。它可以將不同機構中的(de)主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢(lao)牢(lao)地緊密連(lian)接在一起(qi)，以此達到一同旋轉的(de)目的(de)，并(bing)傳遞運動(dong)機械零(ling)件(jian)，有(you)時也用以聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與其他零(ling)件(jian)。
