對輪聯軸器慣性(xing)主(zhu)軸(zhou)(zhou)線與旋轉軸(zhou)(zhou)線之(zhi)間重心位置偏心量(liang)的(de)可能值是平方(fang)和(he)(he)方(fang)根(gen)值而決定的(de),主(zhu)要由(you)兩半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)(he)聯(lian)接螺栓(shuan)組成(cheng),對輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器軸(zhou)(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)(kong)裝配前(qian),鏜削切(qie)割和(he)(he)鍵槽的(de)修整聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器端面和(he)(he)其它表面的(de)加工等。半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)(kong)有圓錐(zhui)(zhui)孔(kong)(kong)和(he)(he)圓柱孔(kong)(kong)兩種形(xing)式,圓錐(zhui)(zhui)孔(kong)(kong)比(bi)圓柱孔(kong)(kong)在工藝(yi)特性(xing)上有較多的(de)特點,圓錐(zhui)(zhui)形(xing)軸(zhou)(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)(kong)容易(yi)獲得(de)相配合部(bu)件之(zhi)間的(de)同心。


對輪聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器在(zai)工作(zuo)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong),并(bing)且會帶來燃油消耗空氣污染等后果,由于承受(shou)咬入沖擊動載荷,使(shi)得聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器受(shou)到峰值(zhi)轉矩,聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器承載能力下降(jiang),并(bing)在(zai)短時(shi)間內失效,從而(er)直接影響其正常工作(zuo),其中(zhong)(zhong)的較薄(bo)弱環節進行替(ti)換或維(wei)修是重要和實用的。聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相對半徑(jing)變(bian)位(wei)要求(qiu)較好,找耦合同心度為0.2~0.6mm,存在(zai)很大困難。如果在(zai)駕(jia)駛過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)螺栓松動,泵裝置的振動和噪音可能會變(bian)大。
