彈性膜片聯軸器在傳遞扭矩的同時通過彈性膜片的的變形來補償軸向和角向的位移，是一種高性能的金屬彈性撓性聯軸器。彈性聯軸器結構(gou)緊湊，傳遞扭(niu)矩(ju)大，使用(yong)壽命長，免維護，耐(nai)高(gao)(gao)溫，耐(nai)酸堿防腐蝕，適用(yong)于高(gao)(gao)溫高(gao)(gao)速及有腐蝕工況環境的軸系傳動(dong)。

凸(tu)緣聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)屬于剛(gang)(gang)性(xing)(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)，是把兩(liang)個(ge)帶(dai)有凸(tu)緣的(de)半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)用(yong)(yong)普通平鍵分(fen)別與兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)，然后用(yong)(yong)螺栓(shuan)把兩(liang)個(ge)半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)連(lian)(lian)成一(yi)體，以傳(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)運動(dong)(dong)和轉(zhuan)矩(ju)(ju)。這種(zhong)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)有兩(liang)種(zhong)主要(yao)的(de)結構形式：靠鉸制(zhi)(zhi)孔用(yong)(yong)螺栓(shuan)來(lai)實現兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)對中和靠螺栓(shuan)桿承(cheng)受擠壓(ya)與剪切來(lai)傳(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)轉(zhuan)矩(ju)(ju)；靠一(yi)個(ge)半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)上(shang)的(de)凸(tu)肩與另(ling)一(yi)個(ge)半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)上(shang)的(de)凹槽相配(pei)合而對中。連(lian)(lian)接(jie)兩(liang)個(ge)半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)螺栓(shuan)可以采用(yong)(yong)A級(ji)和B級(ji)的(de)普通螺栓(shuan)，轉(zhuan)矩(ju)(ju)靠兩(liang)個(ge)半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)結合面的(de)摩擦(ca)力矩(ju)(ju)來(lai)傳(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)。凸(tu)緣聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)結構簡單，制(zhi)(zhi)造方便，成本較(jiao)低(di)，工(gong)作可靠，裝拆、維護均較(jiao)簡便，傳(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)轉(zhuan)矩(ju)(ju)較(jiao)大(da)，能保證兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)具有較(jiao)高的(de)對中精度，一(yi)般(ban)常用(yong)(yong)于載荷平穩，高速(su)或傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)精度要(yao)求較(jiao)高的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)系傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)。凸(tu)緣聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)不具備徑向(xiang)、軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)和角向(xiang)補償(chang)。剛(gang)(gang)性(xing)(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是一(yi)種(zhong)扭轉(zhuan)剛(gang)(gang)性(xing)(xing)的(de)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)，即(ji)使承(cheng)受負載時也無(wu)任何(he)回轉(zhuan)間隙，即(ji)便是有偏差產生負荷時，剛(gang)(gang)性(xing)(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)還是剛(gang)(gang)性(xing)(xing)傳(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)扭矩(ju)(ju)。
