對輪聯軸器慣性主軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)與旋轉軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)之間重(zhong)心(xin)位置偏心(xin)量的(de)可能(neng)值是平方(fang)和(he)(he)方(fang)根值而決定的(de),主要(yao)由(you)兩(liang)半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)(he)聯(lian)接螺(luo)栓組成,對輪(lun)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器軸(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)(kong)裝配前,鏜削切割和(he)(he)鍵槽的(de)修整(zheng)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器端面和(he)(he)其它表面的(de)加工等。半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)(kong)有(you)圓(yuan)(yuan)錐孔(kong)(kong)和(he)(he)圓(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)孔(kong)(kong)兩(liang)種形式,圓(yuan)(yuan)錐孔(kong)(kong)比圓(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)孔(kong)(kong)在工藝特性上有(you)較多的(de)特點(dian),圓(yuan)(yuan)錐形軸(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)(kong)容易獲(huo)得相配合部件之間的(de)同心(xin)。


對輪(lun)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)在(zai)(zai)工作(zuo)過程(cheng)中,并且會(hui)帶(dai)來燃油消耗空氣污(wu)染等后(hou)果,由于承受咬入沖(chong)擊動載荷,使得(de)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)受到峰值轉矩,聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)承載能(neng)(neng)力(li)下降,并在(zai)(zai)短時間內(nei)失效,從而直接影(ying)響其(qi)正(zheng)常工作(zuo),其(qi)中的較(jiao)薄弱環節進行替(ti)換(huan)或維修是重要和實用的。聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)兩軸(zhou)相對半徑變位要求較(jiao)好,找耦合同心度為0.2~0.6mm,存在(zai)(zai)很大困難。如果在(zai)(zai)駕駛過程(cheng)中螺栓(shuan)松(song)動,泵裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的振動和噪(zao)音(yin)可能(neng)(neng)會(hui)變大。
