蛇簧聯軸器其主要結構是由兩個半聯軸節，兩個半外罩，兩個密封圈及蛇形彈簧片組成。它是靠蛇簧嵌入兩半聯軸節的齒槽內來傳遞扭矩，聯軸器以蛇形彈簧片嵌入兩個半聯軸節的齒槽內，來實現主動軸與從動軸的鏈接。蛇型彈簧聯軸器運轉(zhuan)時(shi)，是靠主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)端(duan)齒(chi)面(mian)對蛇簧的(de)(de)軸向(xiang)作(zuo)用力(li)帶動(dong)(dong)從(cong)動(dong)(dong)端(duan)，來(lai)傳遞扭(niu)矩，如此在(zai)很(hen)大程度(du)上避免了共振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)現(xian)象發(fa)生(sheng)，且(qie)簧片(pian)在(zai)傳遞扭(niu)矩時(shi)所(suo)產生(sheng)的(de)(de)彈性變(bian)量(liang)，使機械系統(tong)能獲得較好的(de)(de)減振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)效(xiao)果(guo)，其平(ping)均減振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)率達36%以上。
