伺服電機聯(lian)軸器(qi)，因其使(shi)用場合的(de)精密(mi)性(xing)，必須具備特殊的(de)性(xing)能：零間(jian)隙：聯(lian)軸器(qi)整體在傳動過(guo)程中(zhong)不(bu)(bu)允許(xu)有間(jian)隙，包括(kuo)正(zheng)向間(jian)隙以及回程間(jian)隙；高剛性(xing)：即不(bu)(bu)允許(xu)出現傳動的(de)遲滯性(xing)，否(fou)則(ze)將嚴重(zhong)(zhong)影響(xiang)伺服馬達傳動的(de)精度(du)(du)；低慣量：在保證(zheng)傳動強度(du)(du)的(de)基礎之上，應盡(jin)可(ke)能降低伺服馬達聯(lian)軸器(qi)的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)量；柔性(xing)：精密(mi)的(de)伺服聯(lian)軸器(qi)，不(bu)(bu)僅(jin)要求剛性(xing)高，同(tong)時需要吸收(shou)安裝(zhuang)過(guo)程中(zhong)產生的(de)軸與軸之間(jian)的(de)偏差；其他性(xing)能：耐熱性(xing)、動平衡性(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電(dian)機(ji)與風機(ji)連接(jie)的聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器。它可以將不同(tong)機(ji)構中的主(zhu)動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)牢(lao)牢(lao)地緊(jin)密連接(jie)在一(yi)起，以此達到一(yi)同(tong)旋轉的目的，并傳遞運動(dong)機(ji)械零件，有時也用以聯(lian)接(jie)軸(zhou)(zhou)與其他零件。

風機聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)具有(you)(you)減速(su)、增速(su)、變向和換向等動(dong)作以及緩(huan)和沖(chong)擊(ji)、吸振的(de)作用。聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)可分為剛性(xing)(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)和撓性(xing)(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)兩大類。前者不(bu)具有(you)(you)緩(huan)沖(chong)性(xing)(xing)和補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)線相對位移的(de)能力，但(dan)結構簡單，制(zhi)造成本較低，裝拆、維護(hu)方便。
