梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有(you)補(bu)償兩軸相對(dui)位移，減(jian)振(zhen)緩(huan)沖，結構簡(jian)單，無需潤滑維護方便等特(te)點。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體(ti)由凸形爪塊限制。

梅花形聯軸器以聚氨脂塑料為彈性元件與二半聯軸器主體緊密組合,主體以進口配方合金鋁為主。梅花型聯軸器中間聚氨脂塑料元件(jian)以獨有配(pei)方(fang)配(pei)制,具有耐磨性高抗溫性好(hao)韌(ren)性強,與一(yi)般(ban)普(pu)通塑膠(jiao)件(jian)質量穩定耐用. 梅花型體有六瓣和八瓣,根據(ju)客(ke)戶要(yao)求(qiu)定制. 固定方(fang)式有鍵(jian)槽.

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

對輪聯軸器慣性主軸(zhou)線(xian)與旋(xuan)轉軸(zhou)線(xian)之間(jian)(jian)重心位置偏(pian)心量的可能值(zhi)是平方(fang)和(he)(he)方(fang)根值(zhi)而決定的，主要由兩(liang)半聯軸(zhou)器和(he)(he)聯接(jie)螺栓組成，對輪(lun)聯軸(zhou)器軸(zhou)套(tao)(tao)孔(kong)裝配前(qian)，鏜削(xue)切割和(he)(he)鍵槽的修整(zheng)聯軸(zhou)器端面(mian)和(he)(he)其它(ta)表面(mian)的加工等。半聯軸(zhou)器的軸(zhou)套(tao)(tao)孔(kong)有圓(yuan)(yuan)錐孔(kong)和(he)(he)圓(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)孔(kong)兩(liang)種形(xing)式，圓(yuan)(yuan)錐孔(kong)比圓(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)孔(kong)在工藝特性上有較多的特點，圓(yuan)(yuan)錐形(xing)軸(zhou)套(tao)(tao)孔(kong)容易(yi)獲得相配合部件之間(jian)(jian)的同心。

對輪聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器在工作過程(cheng)中，并(bing)且會帶來燃油消耗空氣污(wu)染等后果，由于承(cheng)受咬入沖擊動載(zai)荷，使得聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器受到峰值轉(zhuan)矩(ju)，聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器承(cheng)載(zai)能力下降，并(bing)在短時間(jian)內失效，從而直接(jie)影(ying)響其正常工作，其中的(de)較(jiao)(jiao)薄弱環節進(jin)行替換或(huo)維修是重要(yao)和實用的(de)。聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器兩軸(zhou)相對半徑變(bian)位要(yao)求較(jiao)(jiao)好(hao)，找(zhao)耦合同(tong)心度為(wei)0.2~0.6mm，存在很大困(kun)難。如果在駕駛(shi)過程(cheng)中螺栓(shuan)松動，泵(beng)裝置的(de)振動和噪音可能會變(bian)大。
