伺服(fu)電機(ji)聯(lian)軸器(qi)，因(yin)其(qi)使用場合(he)的(de)(de)精密(mi)性(xing)(xing)，必須具備特殊的(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)能：零間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)：聯(lian)軸器(qi)整體在傳動(dong)(dong)過(guo)程(cheng)中不允許有間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)，包括正向間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)以及回程(cheng)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)；高剛性(xing)(xing)：即不允許出(chu)現傳動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)遲滯性(xing)(xing)，否則將嚴重影響伺服(fu)馬達傳動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)精度；低(di)慣量：在保證傳動(dong)(dong)強度的(de)(de)基(ji)礎之上，應盡可能降低(di)伺服(fu)馬達聯(lian)軸器(qi)的(de)(de)重量；柔性(xing)(xing)：精密(mi)的(de)(de)伺服(fu)聯(lian)軸器(qi)，不僅(jin)要求剛性(xing)(xing)高，同(tong)時需要吸(xi)收安(an)裝過(guo)程(cheng)中產(chan)生的(de)(de)軸與(yu)軸之間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)偏差；其(qi)他性(xing)(xing)能：耐(nai)熱性(xing)(xing)、動(dong)(dong)平(ping)衡(heng)性(xing)(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電機與風機連(lian)接的聯(lian)軸器。它可以將(jiang)不同機構(gou)中的主動(dong)軸和從(cong)動(dong)軸牢牢地緊密連(lian)接在一起，以此(ci)達到一同旋轉的目的，并(bing)傳遞運(yun)動(dong)機械零(ling)件(jian)，有(you)時也用以聯(lian)接軸與其他零(ling)件(jian)。

風機聯軸(zhou)器(qi)具(ju)有(you)減(jian)速、增速、變(bian)向(xiang)和(he)(he)換向(xiang)等動(dong)作(zuo)以及緩(huan)和(he)(he)沖擊(ji)、吸(xi)振的作(zuo)用。聯軸(zhou)器(qi)可分(fen)為(wei)剛性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)和(he)(he)撓性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)兩(liang)大類。前者不具(ju)有(you)緩(huan)沖性(xing)和(he)(he)補償(chang)兩(liang)軸(zhou)線(xian)相(xiang)對位移的能力，但結(jie)構簡單，制造成本較低，裝拆、維護方便(bian)。
