對輪聯軸器慣性主(zhu)軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)與旋轉軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)之間重心位置(zhi)偏心量(liang)的(de)(de)可(ke)能(neng)值(zhi)是平(ping)方(fang)和(he)方(fang)根值(zhi)而決(jue)定的(de)(de),主(zhu)要由兩半(ban)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)和(he)聯(lian)接螺(luo)栓(shuan)組成,對輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)軸(zhou)(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)裝(zhuang)配前,鏜削(xue)切(qie)割和(he)鍵槽的(de)(de)修(xiu)整聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)端面(mian)和(he)其(qi)它表面(mian)的(de)(de)加工等(deng)。半(ban)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)的(de)(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)有圓錐孔(kong)和(he)圓柱孔(kong)兩種(zhong)形式,圓錐孔(kong)比圓柱孔(kong)在工藝特(te)(te)性上有較多的(de)(de)特(te)(te)點,圓錐形軸(zhou)(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)容易獲得相(xiang)配合部(bu)件之間的(de)(de)同心。


對輪(lun)聯軸器(qi)(qi)在(zai)工作過程中,并(bing)且(qie)會(hui)帶來(lai)燃(ran)油消(xiao)耗空氣污染等后果(guo),由于承受咬入沖擊(ji)動載荷,使得聯軸器(qi)(qi)受到峰值轉矩,聯軸器(qi)(qi)承載能力(li)下(xia)降(jiang),并(bing)在(zai)短時間內(nei)失效,從而直(zhi)接(jie)影(ying)響其(qi)正常工作,其(qi)中的較薄弱環(huan)節進行替換或(huo)維修是重要(yao)和實(shi)用(yong)的。聯軸器(qi)(qi)兩軸相對半徑變(bian)位(wei)要(yao)求較好,找耦合(he)同心度為(wei)0.2~0.6mm,存在(zai)很(hen)大(da)困難(nan)。如果(guo)在(zai)駕駛過程中螺栓松動,泵裝置的振動和噪音可(ke)能會(hui)變(bian)大(da)。
