梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)相對位移，減振緩沖，結構簡(jian)單，無需(xu)潤滑(hua)維護方便等特點。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂(zhi)彈性體由凸形爪塊限制。

梅花形聯軸器以聚氨脂塑料為彈性元件與二半聯軸器主體緊密組合,主體以進口配方合金鋁為主。梅花型聯軸器中(zhong)間聚(ju)氨(an)脂塑料元件(jian)(jian)以獨有配方配制,具有耐磨(mo)性(xing)高(gao)抗溫性(xing)好韌性(xing)強,與一般普通(tong)塑膠件(jian)(jian)質(zhi)量(liang)穩定耐用. 梅花型(xing)體有六瓣和八瓣,根據客(ke)戶要(yao)求(qiu)定制. 固定方式(shi)有鍵(jian)槽.

爪式聯軸器結構簡單、無需潤滑、方便維修、便于檢查、免維護，可連續長期運行。高強度聚氨酯彈性元件耐磨耐油，承載能力大，使用壽命長，安全可靠。工作穩定可靠，具有良好的減振、緩沖和電氣絕緣性能。三爪聯軸器具有較大的軸向(xiang)(xiang)、徑(jing)向(xiang)(xiang)和角向(xiang)(xiang)補償能力。結構簡單，徑(jing)向(xiang)(xiang)尺寸小(xiao)，重(zhong)量輕，轉動慣量小(xiao)，適用(yong)于(yu)中高速(su)場合。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

對輪聯軸器慣性主軸(zhou)線與旋轉軸(zhou)線之間(jian)(jian)重心位置偏(pian)心量的可能值(zhi)是平(ping)方和(he)方根值(zhi)而決定的，主要由兩半聯軸(zhou)器和(he)聯接螺栓組成，對輪(lun)聯軸(zhou)器軸(zhou)套孔(kong)裝(zhuang)配(pei)前(qian)，鏜削切割和(he)鍵槽的修(xiu)整(zheng)聯軸(zhou)器端面和(he)其它表(biao)面的加工(gong)等(deng)。半聯軸(zhou)器的軸(zhou)套孔(kong)有圓錐孔(kong)和(he)圓柱孔(kong)兩種形式，圓錐孔(kong)比圓柱孔(kong)在(zai)工(gong)藝特性上有較多的特點，圓錐形軸(zhou)套孔(kong)容易獲得相配(pei)合部件之間(jian)(jian)的同(tong)心。

對(dui)輪聯(lian)軸器在工作(zuo)過程(cheng)中(zhong)，并且會(hui)(hui)帶來燃(ran)油消耗空氣污(wu)染(ran)等(deng)后果，由(you)于承受咬(yao)入沖擊動(dong)載荷，使得聯(lian)軸器受到峰值轉(zhuan)矩，聯(lian)軸器承載能力(li)下降，并在短時間(jian)內(nei)失(shi)效，從而直接(jie)影響其正常工作(zuo)，其中(zhong)的較薄弱環(huan)節進(jin)行替換或維修是重要和(he)實用的。聯(lian)軸器兩軸相對(dui)半徑(jing)變(bian)(bian)位要求較好，找(zhao)耦合同(tong)心度為0.2~0.6mm，存在很大困難。如(ru)果在駕駛過程(cheng)中(zhong)螺栓松(song)動(dong)，泵裝置的振(zhen)動(dong)和(he)噪音可能會(hui)(hui)變(bian)(bian)大。
