伺(si)服(fu)(fu)電(dian)機聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器，因其使用場合的(de)精(jing)密性(xing)，必須具備特(te)殊的(de)性(xing)能(neng)：零(ling)間(jian)(jian)隙：聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器整體在(zai)傳(chuan)動過程中不(bu)(bu)允許(xu)有間(jian)(jian)隙，包括正向(xiang)間(jian)(jian)隙以(yi)及(ji)回程間(jian)(jian)隙；高(gao)剛性(xing)：即不(bu)(bu)允許(xu)出現傳(chuan)動的(de)遲滯性(xing)，否則(ze)將嚴重(zhong)影(ying)響伺(si)服(fu)(fu)馬達(da)傳(chuan)動的(de)精(jing)度；低慣量：在(zai)保證傳(chuan)動強度的(de)基礎(chu)之上，應盡可能(neng)降低伺(si)服(fu)(fu)馬達(da)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)重(zhong)量；柔(rou)性(xing)：精(jing)密的(de)伺(si)服(fu)(fu)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器，不(bu)(bu)僅要求剛性(xing)高(gao)，同(tong)時需要吸收安裝過程中產生的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)與軸(zhou)(zhou)之間(jian)(jian)的(de)偏差；其他性(xing)能(neng)：耐熱性(xing)、動平衡性(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與風機(ji)連接的(de)(de)聯軸器。它可以將不(bu)同機(ji)構(gou)中的(de)(de)主動(dong)(dong)軸和(he)從動(dong)(dong)軸牢(lao)牢(lao)地緊密連接在一(yi)起，以此達到(dao)一(yi)同旋轉的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)，并傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)(dong)機(ji)械零件(jian)，有時(shi)也用以聯接軸與其他零件(jian)。

風機(ji)聯軸器(qi)具有減(jian)速、增速、變向和換向等動作(zuo)以及緩和沖(chong)擊、吸振的作(zuo)用。聯軸器(qi)可分(fen)為剛(gang)性(xing)聯軸器(qi)和撓性(xing)聯軸器(qi)兩大(da)類。前(qian)者不具有緩沖(chong)性(xing)和補償兩軸線(xian)相對位移的能力，但結(jie)構簡(jian)單，制造成本(ben)較(jiao)低，裝拆、維(wei)護(hu)方便。
