對輪(lun)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)在(zai)(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong),并(bing)且會帶來燃油消耗(hao)空氣污染等后果(guo),由于承受(shou)咬(yao)入沖擊(ji)動(dong)載(zai)荷,使得聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)受(shou)到峰值轉(zhuan)矩,聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)承載(zai)能(neng)力下降,并(bing)在(zai)(zai)短時間(jian)內失(shi)效,從而直接影響其正(zheng)常工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),其中(zhong)的(de)較(jiao)薄弱環節進行替換或維修是重要和實用(yong)的(de)。聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對半徑變(bian)(bian)位要求(qiu)較(jiao)好(hao),找耦合(he)同(tong)心度為0.2~0.6mm,存(cun)在(zai)(zai)很(hen)大困難。如果(guo)在(zai)(zai)駕(jia)駛過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)螺栓松(song)動(dong),泵裝置(zhi)的(de)振動(dong)和噪音可能(neng)會變(bian)(bian)大。
