SWP十字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)使(shi)用(yong)的(de)場合相近，主(zhu)要運用(yong)在重載大型裝(zhuang)備領域(yu)，回(hui)轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)整體(ti)式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼(gang)機(ji)械，起重(zhong)運輸機(ji)械等其(qi)他重(zhong)型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離(li)可達(da)30m以上(shang)，是運用(yong)相當廣(guang)泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵在安裝過程中都不(bu)可避免地要進(jin)行同軸度的(de)調整，使對(dui)輪既同心又平行，否則將影(ying)響機泵使用(yong)效率(lv)或造成(cheng)設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將(jiang)不(bu)同機(ji)構中的(de)主動軸(zhou)和從(cong)動軸(zhou)牢(lao)固地聯接起來(lai)一同旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞(di)運(yun)動和扭(niu)矩的(de)機(ji)械部件。有時也用以聯接軸(zhou)與其他(ta)零件（如齒(chi)輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠背(bei)輪常由(you)兩半合成，分別用鍵或緊(jin)配(pei)合等聯接，緊(jin)固在(zai)兩軸端，再(zai)通過某種方式將兩半聯接起來。

靠(kao)背輪聯軸器可兼有補償兩軸之間由于制造(zao)安裝(zhuang)不精(jing)確、工作時(shi)的(de)變形(xing)或(huo)熱(re)膨脹等原(yuan)因所發生的(de)偏移（包括(kuo)軸向(xiang)偏移、徑向(xiang)偏移、角偏移或(huo)綜合偏移）；以(yi)及緩(huan)和沖擊、吸振。
