對輪聯軸器慣性(xing)主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)與旋轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)之間重心位置偏心量(liang)的(de)可能值(zhi)是平方和(he)(he)(he)方根值(zhi)而決定(ding)的(de),主要由兩半聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)(he)(he)聯接螺栓組成,對輪聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)裝配(pei)前,鏜削切割和(he)(he)(he)鍵槽的(de)修整聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器端面和(he)(he)(he)其它表面的(de)加工等。半聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)有圓(yuan)錐(zhui)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)和(he)(he)(he)圓(yuan)柱孔(kong)(kong)(kong)兩種(zhong)形式,圓(yuan)錐(zhui)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)比圓(yuan)柱孔(kong)(kong)(kong)在工藝特性(xing)上有較(jiao)多的(de)特點,圓(yuan)錐(zhui)形軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)容(rong)易獲得相配(pei)合部件之間的(de)同心。


對輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)器在(zai)工作過(guo)程中,并且(qie)會(hui)帶來燃(ran)油消(xiao)耗空氣污染等后果,由于承受(shou)咬入沖(chong)擊動載(zai)荷,使得聯(lian)軸(zhou)器受(shou)到峰值轉矩,聯(lian)軸(zhou)器承載(zai)能力(li)下降(jiang),并在(zai)短(duan)時間(jian)內失(shi)效,從而(er)直接影響其正常工作,其中的(de)較薄弱(ruo)環節(jie)進行替換或維修是(shi)重要和實用的(de)。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器兩軸(zhou)相對半徑(jing)變(bian)位(wei)要求較好(hao),找耦(ou)合(he)同(tong)心度為0.2~0.6mm,存在(zai)很大(da)困難。如果在(zai)駕駛過(guo)程中螺栓松動,泵裝置的(de)振動和噪音可能會(hui)變(bian)大(da)。
