伺(si)服(fu)電機聯軸器，因(yin)其使用場合(he)的(de)精密(mi)性，必須具備特殊的(de)性能：零(ling)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)：聯軸器整體在傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動過程(cheng)中(zhong)不允許有間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)，包括正向間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)以及回程(cheng)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)；高剛性：即不允許出現傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動的(de)遲滯性，否則將嚴(yan)重(zhong)影(ying)響(xiang)伺(si)服(fu)馬達傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動的(de)精度；低慣量(liang)：在保證傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動強度的(de)基礎(chu)之上，應盡可能降(jiang)低伺(si)服(fu)馬達聯軸器的(de)重(zhong)量(liang)；柔性：精密(mi)的(de)伺(si)服(fu)聯軸器，不僅要(yao)求剛性高，同時需要(yao)吸收安裝過程(cheng)中(zhong)產生的(de)軸與軸之間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)偏差；其他性能：耐熱性、動平衡性等。

風機聯軸器是電機與風機連接的(de)聯軸(zhou)器。它可(ke)以(yi)將(jiang)不同(tong)機構中(zhong)的(de)主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢牢地緊(jin)密連接在一起(qi)，以(yi)此(ci)達到一同(tong)旋轉(zhuan)的(de)目的(de)，并傳遞運動機械零件(jian)，有時也用(yong)以(yi)聯接軸(zhou)與其他(ta)零件(jian)。
