蛇簧聯軸器其主要結構是由兩個半聯軸節，兩個半外罩，兩個密封圈及蛇形彈簧片組成。它是靠蛇簧嵌入兩半聯軸節的齒槽內來傳遞扭矩，聯軸器以蛇形彈簧片嵌入兩個半聯軸節的齒槽內，來實現主動軸與從動軸的鏈接。蛇型彈簧聯軸器運轉時(shi)，是靠主動端(duan)齒面對蛇(she)簧(huang)的(de)軸向作(zuo)用力帶動從(cong)動端(duan)，來傳(chuan)遞(di)扭矩(ju)，如此在很大程度上(shang)避免了共振現象(xiang)發生，且簧(huang)片(pian)在傳(chuan)遞(di)扭矩(ju)時(shi)所產生的(de)彈性變量，使(shi)機械系(xi)統(tong)能獲得較好(hao)的(de)減(jian)振效(xiao)果，其(qi)平均減(jian)振率(lv)達36%以上(shang)。
