球磨機膜片聯軸器原理

伺(si)服電機聯(lian)(lian)軸器，因其使用(yong)場合(he)的(de)(de)精(jing)密性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)，必(bi)須具備特殊的(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能：零間隙(xi)：聯(lian)(lian)軸器整體在傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)過(guo)程中不(bu)允(yun)許有間隙(xi)，包括正向間隙(xi)以及回程間隙(xi)；高剛性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)：即不(bu)允(yun)許出現(xian)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)遲滯性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)，否(fou)則將嚴重影響伺(si)服馬(ma)達傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)精(jing)度(du)；低慣量：在保證傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)強度(du)的(de)(de)基礎(chu)之上，應盡可能降低伺(si)服馬(ma)達聯(lian)(lian)軸器的(de)(de)重量；柔性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)：精(jing)密的(de)(de)伺(si)服聯(lian)(lian)軸器，不(bu)僅要求(qiu)剛性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)高，同時(shi)需要吸(xi)收安(an)裝(zhuang)過(guo)程中產生的(de)(de)軸與軸之間的(de)(de)偏差；其他性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能：耐熱性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、動(dong)(dong)平衡性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)等。
風機聯軸器是電機(ji)(ji)與(yu)(yu)風機(ji)(ji)連(lian)(lian)接的(de)聯軸器(qi)。它可以將不同機(ji)(ji)構中的(de)主動(dong)軸和(he)從動(dong)軸牢牢地緊(jin)密連(lian)(lian)接在一(yi)起，以此(ci)達到(dao)一(yi)同旋轉的(de)目的(de)，并傳遞運(yun)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)械零件，有時(shi)也用以聯接軸與(yu)(yu)其他零件。
風機聯軸(zhou)器具(ju)有減速、增(zeng)速、變向(xiang)(xiang)和(he)(he)換向(xiang)(xiang)等(deng)動作(zuo)以及緩和(he)(he)沖擊、吸振的(de)作(zuo)用。聯軸(zhou)器可分為(wei)剛(gang)性聯軸(zhou)器和(he)(he)撓性聯軸(zhou)器兩大類。前(qian)者(zhe)不具(ju)有緩沖性和(he)(he)補(bu)償兩軸(zhou)線(xian)相對(dui)位移的(de)能(neng)力，但結(jie)構簡單，制造成本較低，裝拆(chai)、維護(hu)方(fang)便。
