扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當超載(zai)或機(ji)械故障而導致所需扭(niu)(niu)矩超過設定(ding)值時(shi)，它以打(da)滑形式限制傳動(dong)系統所傳動(dong)的扭(niu)(niu)力，打(da)滑的同時(shi)也能一(yi)個信號(hao)輸出停掉電機(ji)和減(jian)速機(ji)，當過載(zai)情形消失(shi)后自(zi)行恢復聯結。
