梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對位移(yi)，減振緩沖(chong)，結構簡(jian)單，無需潤滑維(wei)護(hu)方便等特點(dian)。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨(an)脂(zhi)彈性體由(you)凸形爪塊(kuai)限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

對輪聯軸器慣性(xing)主軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)與(yu)旋轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)之間重心位置偏(pian)心量(liang)的(de)(de)可能值(zhi)是平方(fang)和方(fang)根值(zhi)而(er)決(jue)定的(de)(de)，主要由兩半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器和聯(lian)接螺栓組成，對輪(lun)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器軸(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)裝配前，鏜削(xue)切(qie)割和鍵槽的(de)(de)修整聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器端面和其它表面的(de)(de)加工等。半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)有圓(yuan)(yuan)錐孔(kong)和圓(yuan)(yuan)柱孔(kong)兩種(zhong)形(xing)式，圓(yuan)(yuan)錐孔(kong)比圓(yuan)(yuan)柱孔(kong)在工藝特性(xing)上(shang)有較多(duo)的(de)(de)特點，圓(yuan)(yuan)錐形(xing)軸(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)容易獲(huo)得(de)相配合部(bu)件之間的(de)(de)同心。

對輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)器在(zai)工(gong)作過(guo)程中(zhong)，并且(qie)會帶來燃油消耗空氣污(wu)染等后果，由于(yu)承受(shou)咬入(ru)沖擊動載荷(he)，使得聯(lian)軸(zhou)器受(shou)到峰值(zhi)轉矩(ju)，聯(lian)軸(zhou)器承載能力(li)下降，并在(zai)短(duan)時間內失效，從而直接(jie)影(ying)響其正(zheng)常工(gong)作，其中(zhong)的較(jiao)(jiao)薄弱環節(jie)進行替換或維修是重要和實用的。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器兩軸(zhou)相對半(ban)徑變位(wei)要求較(jiao)(jiao)好，找耦合(he)同心度為(wei)0.2~0.6mm，存在(zai)很大困難。如果在(zai)駕駛過(guo)程中(zhong)螺栓松動，泵裝置的振動和噪音(yin)可能會變大。
