萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載(zai)能力高，傳動(dong)效率(lv)優異(yi)，在(zai)現代(dai)工業領域被(bei)廣泛(fan)采用。

SWP十字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采用剖(pou)分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器使用的場合(he)相近，主要運用在重載(zai)大型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采(cai)用整體式叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用于軋鋼機械(xie)(xie)，起重運輸(shu)機械(xie)(xie)等(deng)其他重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛(fan)的萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

對輪聯軸器慣性主軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)與旋(xuan)轉軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)之間重心(xin)(xin)位置偏心(xin)(xin)量(liang)的(de)可能(neng)值是平方(fang)和(he)(he)方(fang)根值而決定的(de)，主要由兩半(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)(he)聯(lian)(lian)接(jie)螺(luo)栓組(zu)成，對輪聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器軸(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)裝配前，鏜削切割和(he)(he)鍵槽的(de)修整聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器端(duan)面(mian)和(he)(he)其它表面(mian)的(de)加(jia)工(gong)等。半(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)有圓(yuan)(yuan)錐孔(kong)和(he)(he)圓(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)孔(kong)兩種形(xing)式，圓(yuan)(yuan)錐孔(kong)比(bi)圓(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)孔(kong)在工(gong)藝特性上(shang)有較多的(de)特點(dian)，圓(yuan)(yuan)錐形(xing)軸(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)容易獲得相(xiang)配合部件之間的(de)同心(xin)(xin)。

對輪聯(lian)軸器(qi)在(zai)工作過程(cheng)中，并且會帶(dai)來(lai)燃油消耗空(kong)氣污染等后果(guo)，由于承(cheng)受咬入沖(chong)擊動載荷，使得聯(lian)軸器(qi)受到峰值轉矩，聯(lian)軸器(qi)承(cheng)載能力下降，并在(zai)短(duan)時(shi)間內失效，從而直接影響其正(zheng)常工作，其中的較薄弱環節進行替換或維修(xiu)是重要和實用的。聯(lian)軸器(qi)兩軸相對半徑變(bian)位要求(qiu)較好，找耦合同心度(du)為0.2~0.6mm，存(cun)在(zai)很大(da)困難。如(ru)果(guo)在(zai)駕駛過程(cheng)中螺栓松動，泵裝置的振動和噪音可能會變(bian)大(da)。
