伺服(fu)電(dian)機聯軸器(qi)，因其(qi)使用(yong)場合的精密性(xing)，必須具備特殊的性(xing)能：零間(jian)隙(xi)：聯軸器(qi)整體在(zai)傳(chuan)動(dong)過(guo)(guo)程中不允(yun)許有間(jian)隙(xi)，包括正向間(jian)隙(xi)以及(ji)回程間(jian)隙(xi)；高(gao)剛性(xing)：即(ji)不允(yun)許出(chu)現(xian)傳(chuan)動(dong)的遲滯(zhi)性(xing)，否則將嚴重影(ying)響伺服(fu)馬(ma)達(da)(da)傳(chuan)動(dong)的精度；低(di)慣量(liang)：在(zai)保證傳(chuan)動(dong)強度的基(ji)礎之上(shang)，應盡(jin)可能降(jiang)低(di)伺服(fu)馬(ma)達(da)(da)聯軸器(qi)的重量(liang)；柔性(xing)：精密的伺服(fu)聯軸器(qi)，不僅要(yao)求剛性(xing)高(gao)，同時需要(yao)吸收安裝(zhuang)過(guo)(guo)程中產生的軸與軸之間(jian)的偏差；其(qi)他性(xing)能：耐熱性(xing)、動(dong)平衡性(xing)等。
