SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)整體式叉頭(tou)布局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼(gang)機(ji)械(xie)，起重運輸機(ji)械(xie)等其他(ta)重型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可(ke)達(da)30m以上，是運用(yong)相(xiang)當廣泛的(de)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵(beng)(beng)在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行同(tong)軸度的調整(zheng)，使對輪既同(tong)心又(you)平行，否則(ze)將影響(xiang)機泵(beng)(beng)使用效率或造成設備運行事故。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當超載或(huo)機(ji)械故障(zhang)而(er)導致所需扭矩超過設定值(zhi)時(shi)(shi)，它以打滑形式限制傳(chuan)動系統(tong)所傳(chuan)動的(de)扭力，打滑的(de)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)也能(neng)一個信號輸出停(ting)掉電機(ji)和減(jian)速機(ji)，當過載情形消失后自行恢復聯(lian)結。
