蛇形(xing)聯(lian)軸器共有九(jiu)類(lei)型(xing)式，分別(bie)是JS罩(zhao)殼(ke)徑向安裝(zhuang)型(xing)（基本型(xing)）、JSB罩(zhao)殼(ke)軸向安裝(zhuang)型(xing)、JSS雙法蘭聯(lian)接(jie)型(xing)、JSD單法蘭聯(lian)接(jie)型(xing)、SJS接(jie)中間軸型(xing)、JSG高速型(xing)、JSZ帶制(zhi)動輪型(xing)、JSP帶制(zhi)動盤型(xing)、JSA安全型(xing)等。

蛇簧聯軸器其主要結構是由兩個半聯軸節，兩個半外罩，兩個密封圈及蛇形彈簧片組成。它是靠蛇簧嵌入兩半聯軸節的齒槽內來傳遞扭矩，聯軸器以蛇形彈簧片嵌入兩個半聯軸節的齒槽內，來實現主動軸與從動軸的鏈接。蛇型彈簧聯軸器運轉(zhuan)時，是靠主動(dong)端(duan)齒面對蛇簧的軸向作用力帶動(dong)從動(dong)端(duan)，來傳遞扭矩(ju)，如此(ci)在很大程(cheng)度上(shang)避免了共振現(xian)象發(fa)生，且簧片在傳遞扭矩(ju)時所產(chan)生的彈性變(bian)量(liang)，使機械系(xi)統(tong)能獲得較好的減振效果，其(qi)平(ping)均減振率達36%以(yi)上(shang)。
