蛇形聯軸器(qi)共有九類型(xing)式，分(fen)別是JS罩殼徑向安裝(zhuang)型(xing)（基(ji)本型(xing)）、JSB罩殼軸向安裝(zhuang)型(xing)、JSS雙法(fa)(fa)蘭(lan)聯接(jie)型(xing)、JSD單法(fa)(fa)蘭(lan)聯接(jie)型(xing)、SJS接(jie)中間軸型(xing)、JSG高速型(xing)、JSZ帶制(zhi)動(dong)輪型(xing)、JSP帶制(zhi)動(dong)盤型(xing)、JSA安全型(xing)等。

蛇簧聯軸器其主要結構是由兩個半聯軸節，兩個半外罩，兩個密封圈及蛇形彈簧片組成。它是靠蛇簧嵌入兩半聯軸節的齒槽內來傳遞扭矩，聯軸器以蛇形彈簧片嵌入兩個半聯軸節的齒槽內，來實現主動軸與從動軸的鏈接。蛇型彈簧聯軸器運轉時，是靠主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)端齒面對蛇(she)簧(huang)的(de)軸(zhou)向(xiang)作用(yong)力帶動(dong)(dong)從動(dong)(dong)端，來傳(chuan)遞扭矩(ju)，如此在很大程度上避免了共振現象發生，且簧(huang)片在傳(chuan)遞扭矩(ju)時所(suo)產生的(de)彈性(xing)變量，使機械系統能(neng)獲得較(jiao)好(hao)的(de)減(jian)振效果，其平均減(jian)振率達36%以(yi)上。
