伺(si)服(fu)電機聯(lian)軸器(qi)，因其使用場合的精(jing)密(mi)性(xing)(xing)，必(bi)須具備特(te)殊的性(xing)(xing)能：零間(jian)隙：聯(lian)軸器(qi)整體在傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)不(bu)允許有間(jian)隙，包括正向間(jian)隙以及回(hui)程(cheng)間(jian)隙；高(gao)(gao)剛性(xing)(xing)：即不(bu)允許出現傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)的遲滯性(xing)(xing)，否則將(jiang)嚴重影響(xiang)伺(si)服(fu)馬(ma)達(da)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)的精(jing)度(du)；低慣量(liang)：在保證(zheng)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)強(qiang)度(du)的基礎之上，應盡可能降低伺(si)服(fu)馬(ma)達(da)聯(lian)軸器(qi)的重量(liang)；柔性(xing)(xing)：精(jing)密(mi)的伺(si)服(fu)聯(lian)軸器(qi)，不(bu)僅要求(qiu)剛性(xing)(xing)高(gao)(gao)，同時需(xu)要吸收安裝過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)產生的軸與軸之間(jian)的偏差；其他性(xing)(xing)能：耐熱性(xing)(xing)、動(dong)平(ping)衡(heng)性(xing)(xing)等。
風機聯軸器是電(dian)機(ji)與(yu)風機(ji)連(lian)接(jie)的聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器。它可以將不(bu)同(tong)機(ji)構(gou)中的主動軸(zhou)(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)(zhou)牢牢地緊密連(lian)接(jie)在一起，以此(ci)達到一同(tong)旋轉的目的，并(bing)傳遞運動機(ji)械零件，有時也用(yong)以聯(lian)接(jie)軸(zhou)(zhou)與(yu)其他零件。
