卷筒聯(lian)軸器由帶鼓(gu)形齒的(de)外(wai)(wai)齒軸套、帶聯(lian)接法蘭和內齒圈的(de)外(wai)(wai)套、帶外(wai)(wai)球面的(de)承載環、端蓋和密封(feng)圈等組成，并(bing)設(she)有定位磨(mo)損(sun)指(zhi)針、潤(run)滑油孔(kong)和通氣孔(kong)等。
外(wai)(wai)(wai)齒軸(zhou)套(tao)和外(wai)(wai)(wai)套(tao)構成(cheng)的鼓形(xing)齒式聯軸(zhou)器傳遞驅(qu)動功率, 而由承(cheng)載(zai)環的外(wai)(wai)(wai)球(qiu)面和外(wai)(wai)(wai)套(tao)的內承(cheng)載(zai)面形(xing)成(cheng)的接觸副構成(cheng)自動調位的球(qiu)面軸(zhou)承(cheng)，承(cheng)受徑向(xiang)載(zai)荷。聯軸(zhou)器的內、外(wai)(wai)(wai)齒嚙合在油浴中工作,通過內外(wai)(wai)(wai)端蓋、密(mi)封圈(quan)防(fang)止(zhi)潤滑(hua)脂泄漏(lou)。
