伺(si)服電機聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器，因其使用場(chang)合的(de)(de)(de)精密性(xing)(xing)，必(bi)須具備特殊的(de)(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)：零間(jian)隙(xi)：聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器整體(ti)在傳(chuan)動(dong)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中不(bu)允許(xu)有間(jian)隙(xi)，包(bao)括正向間(jian)隙(xi)以及(ji)回程(cheng)間(jian)隙(xi)；高剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)：即不(bu)允許(xu)出現傳(chuan)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)遲滯(zhi)性(xing)(xing)，否則將(jiang)嚴重(zhong)影響伺(si)服馬(ma)達傳(chuan)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)精度；低(di)慣量：在保證傳(chuan)動(dong)強度的(de)(de)(de)基礎之(zhi)(zhi)上，應(ying)盡可能(neng)(neng)(neng)降低(di)伺(si)服馬(ma)達聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)量；柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)：精密的(de)(de)(de)伺(si)服聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器，不(bu)僅要求剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)高，同(tong)時需(xu)要吸(xi)收安裝過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中產生的(de)(de)(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)與軸(zhou)(zhou)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)偏差；其他性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)：耐(nai)熱性(xing)(xing)、動(dong)平衡性(xing)(xing)等。
風機聯軸器是電機(ji)(ji)與風機(ji)(ji)連接(jie)的聯(lian)軸器。它可以將(jiang)不(bu)同機(ji)(ji)構中(zhong)的主(zhu)動(dong)軸和(he)從動(dong)軸牢牢地(di)緊密(mi)連接(jie)在一(yi)起(qi)，以此(ci)達到(dao)一(yi)同旋轉的目的，并(bing)傳遞運(yun)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)械零(ling)件，有時也(ye)用以聯(lian)接(jie)軸與其他零(ling)件。
風機聯(lian)(lian)軸器具有減速(su)、增速(su)、變(bian)向和(he)換向等動作以及緩(huan)和(he)沖(chong)擊、吸振的(de)作用。聯(lian)(lian)軸器可分為剛性聯(lian)(lian)軸器和(he)撓(nao)性聯(lian)(lian)軸器兩大類。前者(zhe)不具有緩(huan)沖(chong)性和(he)補償兩軸線相對(dui)位移的(de)能力(li)，但(dan)結構簡單，制造(zao)成本較低，裝拆、維(wei)護方便(bian)。
