扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是(shi)當超(chao)載(zai)或機(ji)械故障(zhang)而導致所需扭矩(ju)超(chao)過設定值時，它(ta)以打(da)滑(hua)形(xing)式限制傳(chuan)動系統所傳(chuan)動的扭力，打(da)滑(hua)的同時也能(neng)一個信(xin)號輸出停掉電(dian)機(ji)和減速(su)機(ji)，當過載(zai)情形(xing)消(xiao)失后(hou)自行恢(hui)復聯結(jie)。
