It uses the pin with elastic sleeve to connect two semi-couplings with pin holes to realize torque transmission and larger angular compensation. 對輪(lun)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器在工作(zuo)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),并(bing)且(qie)會帶來(lai)燃油(you)消(xiao)耗空(kong)氣污染(ran)等(deng)后果,由(you)于(yu)承(cheng)(cheng)受(shou)咬入沖擊動(dong)(dong)(dong)載荷,使得(de)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器受(shou)到峰值轉矩,聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器承(cheng)(cheng)載能(neng)力下降,并(bing)在短時間內失效,從而直接影響其正常(chang)工作(zuo),其中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)較薄弱環節進行替換或維修是重(zhong)要和(he)實用的(de)(de)。聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器兩軸相對半徑(jing)變位要求較好,找耦合(he)同心度為0.2~0.6mm,存在很(hen)大困難。如果在駕(jia)駛過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)螺(luo)栓(shuan)松動(dong)(dong)(dong),泵裝置(zhi)的(de)(de)振動(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)噪音可能(neng)會變大。
