伺(si)(si)服(fu)(fu)電機聯軸器，因其使用(yong)場合的(de)(de)精(jing)密性(xing)(xing)，必須具備特殊的(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)：零間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)：聯軸器整體在(zai)傳(chuan)動(dong)過(guo)程(cheng)中不允許有間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)，包括正(zheng)向間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)以及(ji)回(hui)程(cheng)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)；高剛性(xing)(xing)：即(ji)不允許出現傳(chuan)動(dong)的(de)(de)遲滯性(xing)(xing)，否則將嚴重影響伺(si)(si)服(fu)(fu)馬(ma)達傳(chuan)動(dong)的(de)(de)精(jing)度；低慣量(liang)：在(zai)保證傳(chuan)動(dong)強度的(de)(de)基礎之(zhi)上，應盡可能(neng)降低伺(si)(si)服(fu)(fu)馬(ma)達聯軸器的(de)(de)重量(liang)；柔性(xing)(xing)：精(jing)密的(de)(de)伺(si)(si)服(fu)(fu)聯軸器，不僅(jin)要求剛性(xing)(xing)高，同時(shi)需(xu)要吸收安裝過(guo)程(cheng)中產生的(de)(de)軸與軸之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)偏(pian)差；其他性(xing)(xing)能(neng)：耐熱(re)性(xing)(xing)、動(dong)平衡性(xing)(xing)等(deng)。

風機聯軸器是電機與風機連接(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。它(ta)可以將不同(tong)(tong)機構中的(de)(de)主動軸(zhou)和從(cong)動軸(zhou)牢牢地緊(jin)密連接(jie)(jie)在一起，以此(ci)達到一同(tong)(tong)旋轉的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)，并(bing)傳遞運(yun)動機械零(ling)件(jian)，有時也用以聯接(jie)(jie)軸(zhou)與其他(ta)零(ling)件(jian)。

風機(ji)聯(lian)軸器具(ju)有減速、增速、變向(xiang)和換向(xiang)等動作以及緩和沖擊、吸振的(de)作用。聯(lian)軸器可分為剛性(xing)聯(lian)軸器和撓性(xing)聯(lian)軸器兩(liang)大類。前者不具(ju)有緩沖性(xing)和補償兩(liang)軸線相(xiang)對位移的(de)能(neng)力，但結構簡(jian)單(dan)，制造(zao)成本較(jiao)低，裝拆、維護方便。
