扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件,主要功能為過載保護,力矩聯軸器是當超載(zai)或(huo)機(ji)械故障而導致(zhi)所需扭矩超過(guo)(guo)設定值(zhi)時,它(ta)以(yi)打滑形(xing)式(shi)限制傳(chuan)動(dong)系統(tong)所傳(chuan)動(dong)的扭力(li),打滑的同時也能一個信號輸出停掉(diao)電(dian)機(ji)和減(jian)速機(ji),當過(guo)(guo)載(zai)情形(xing)消失后自行恢復聯結。
