扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是(shi)當(dang)超(chao)(chao)載或機(ji)械(xie)故障(zhang)而(er)導致所需扭矩超(chao)(chao)過(guo)設定值時，它以打滑(hua)形(xing)式限(xian)制傳(chuan)動系統所傳(chuan)動的(de)扭力，打滑(hua)的(de)同時也能一個信號(hao)輸出(chu)停掉電機(ji)和減(jian)速(su)機(ji)，當(dang)過(guo)載情(qing)形(xing)消失后自行恢復聯結(jie)。
