伺服(fu)電機聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器，因其(qi)使(shi)用場(chang)合的(de)精(jing)密性(xing)(xing)，必須具備特殊的(de)性(xing)(xing)能：零(ling)間(jian)(jian)隙：聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器整(zheng)體在傳動(dong)過程中(zhong)不(bu)(bu)允許(xu)有間(jian)(jian)隙，包括正向間(jian)(jian)隙以及回程間(jian)(jian)隙；高剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)：即不(bu)(bu)允許(xu)出(chu)現傳動(dong)的(de)遲滯性(xing)(xing)，否則(ze)將嚴重影響伺服(fu)馬達(da)傳動(dong)的(de)精(jing)度；低慣量：在保證(zheng)傳動(dong)強(qiang)度的(de)基礎之(zhi)(zhi)上，應盡可能降(jiang)低伺服(fu)馬達(da)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)重量；柔性(xing)(xing)：精(jing)密的(de)伺服(fu)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器，不(bu)(bu)僅要(yao)(yao)求剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)高，同時需要(yao)(yao)吸收安裝過程中(zhong)產(chan)生的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)與軸(zhou)(zhou)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)偏差；其(qi)他(ta)性(xing)(xing)能：耐熱性(xing)(xing)、動(dong)平衡性(xing)(xing)等。
風機聯軸器是電(dian)機(ji)(ji)與風(feng)機(ji)(ji)連(lian)接(jie)的(de)(de)聯軸(zhou)器。它可以(yi)將不同機(ji)(ji)構中的(de)(de)主動(dong)軸(zhou)和(he)從(cong)動(dong)軸(zhou)牢牢地緊密連(lian)接(jie)在一(yi)起(qi)，以(yi)此達到一(yi)同旋轉的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)，并(bing)傳遞運動(dong)機(ji)(ji)械零件(jian)，有時也用(yong)以(yi)聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零件(jian)。
風機聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)具(ju)有減速(su)、增速(su)、變向和換向等動(dong)作(zuo)以及緩和沖(chong)擊、吸振的作(zuo)用(yong)。聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)可分為剛性聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)和撓(nao)性聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)兩(liang)大類。前者不具(ju)有緩沖(chong)性和補償兩(liang)軸線相對位移(yi)的能力，但結構簡單，制(zhi)造成(cheng)本較低，裝拆、維(wei)護方便。
