伺(si)服(fu)(fu)電機聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，因其(qi)(qi)使用場合的精密性，必須具備特殊(shu)的性能：零間隙：聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)整體在傳(chuan)(chuan)動過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)不(bu)允許有間隙，包括正向間隙以及回程(cheng)間隙；高剛性：即不(bu)允許出(chu)現傳(chuan)(chuan)動的遲滯性，否則將(jiang)嚴重影響(xiang)伺(si)服(fu)(fu)馬達傳(chuan)(chuan)動的精度；低慣量(liang)(liang)：在保證(zheng)傳(chuan)(chuan)動強度的基礎之上，應盡可能降低伺(si)服(fu)(fu)馬達聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的重量(liang)(liang)；柔(rou)性：精密的伺(si)服(fu)(fu)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，不(bu)僅要求剛性高，同(tong)時需要吸(xi)收安(an)裝過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)產生(sheng)的軸(zhou)(zhou)與軸(zhou)(zhou)之間的偏差(cha)；其(qi)(qi)他性能：耐熱性、動平衡(heng)性等(deng)。
