梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償兩軸相(xiang)對位移，減振(zhen)緩沖，結構簡單，無需潤(run)滑維(wei)護方便等特(te)點。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性(xing)體由凸(tu)形(xing)爪塊限(xian)制(zhi)。

梅花形聯軸器以聚氨脂塑料為彈性元件與二半聯軸器主體緊密組合,主體以進口配方合金鋁為主。梅花型聯軸器中間聚氨脂塑(su)料(liao)元件(jian)以獨有(you)配(pei)方配(pei)制(zhi),具有(you)耐磨性高抗(kang)溫性好韌(ren)性強,與一般普通(tong)塑(su)膠件(jian)質量穩定(ding)耐用. 梅花(hua)型體有(you)六瓣(ban)和八瓣(ban),根(gen)據(ju)客戶(hu)要求定(ding)制(zhi). 固(gu)定(ding)方式有(you)鍵槽(cao).

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構中(zhong)的主動(dong)軸和從(cong)動(dong)軸牢固地(di)聯接(jie)起(qi)來一(yi)同旋轉，并(bing)傳遞運(yun)動(dong)和扭(niu)矩(ju)的機械(xie)部(bu)件。有時也用以聯接(jie)軸與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等(deng)）。

靠背輪(lun)常由(you)兩(liang)(liang)半(ban)合(he)成(cheng)，分別用鍵或緊配(pei)合(he)等聯接，緊固在兩(liang)(liang)軸端，再通過某種方式(shi)將兩(liang)(liang)半(ban)聯接起來。

靠背輪聯軸(zhou)器可兼有補償(chang)兩軸(zhou)之間由于制造(zao)安裝不精確、工作時的變形或熱(re)膨脹等原因所發生的偏(pian)移(yi)（包(bao)括軸(zhou)向偏(pian)移(yi)、徑向偏(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)移(yi)或綜合偏(pian)移(yi)）；以及(ji)緩(huan)和沖擊、吸振。

靠背輪為(wei)俗(su)稱，專業叫法(fa)為(wei)聯軸器以及法(fa)蘭，用(yong)于機械設(she)備的(de)連接。
