伺服(fu)電機聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)，因其使用(yong)場合的(de)精(jing)密性(xing)(xing)，必須具備特殊的(de)性(xing)(xing)能：零間隙：聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)整體在(zai)傳(chuan)動過程(cheng)中不(bu)允許有間隙，包括正向間隙以及回程(cheng)間隙；高剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)：即不(bu)允許出現傳(chuan)動的(de)遲(chi)滯性(xing)(xing)，否則將嚴重影響(xiang)伺服(fu)馬達傳(chuan)動的(de)精(jing)度；低慣量：在(zai)保證傳(chuan)動強度的(de)基(ji)礎之(zhi)上，應盡可能降低伺服(fu)馬達聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)的(de)重量；柔性(xing)(xing)：精(jing)密的(de)伺服(fu)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)，不(bu)僅(jin)要(yao)求剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)高，同時需要(yao)吸收安裝(zhuang)過程(cheng)中產(chan)生的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)與軸(zhou)(zhou)之(zhi)間的(de)偏差(cha)；其他(ta)性(xing)(xing)能：耐熱性(xing)(xing)、動平衡性(xing)(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電機與(yu)(yu)風機連(lian)(lian)接的聯(lian)軸器。它可以將不(bu)同(tong)機構中的主動(dong)(dong)軸和從動(dong)(dong)軸牢牢地緊(jin)密連(lian)(lian)接在一起，以此達到一同(tong)旋轉的目的，并傳遞運動(dong)(dong)機械零件，有(you)時也用以聯(lian)接軸與(yu)(yu)其他零件。

風(feng)機聯軸(zhou)器具有減速、增速、變向(xiang)和換向(xiang)等動作(zuo)以及緩和沖(chong)擊、吸振的作(zuo)用。聯軸(zhou)器可分為剛性聯軸(zhou)器和撓性聯軸(zhou)器兩大類。前者(zhe)不具有緩沖(chong)性和補(bu)償(chang)兩軸(zhou)線(xian)相對(dui)位移的能力(li)，但(dan)結構簡單，制造成(cheng)本較低，裝(zhuang)拆、維護方便。
