彈性膜片聯軸器在傳遞扭矩的同時通過彈性膜片的的變形來補償軸向和角向的位移,是一種高性能的金屬彈性撓性聯軸器。彈性聯軸器結構緊湊,傳遞扭(niu)矩大,使用(yong)壽命長,免維護,耐高溫,耐酸堿防腐蝕,適用(yong)于高溫高速(su)及有腐蝕工(gong)況環境的軸系傳動(dong)。

對輪聯軸器慣(guan)性主軸(zhou)線與旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)線之間重心位置偏心量的可能值是平(ping)方和(he)方根值而決定的,主要(yao)由兩(liang)半聯軸(zhou)器(qi)和(he)聯接螺栓組成,對輪(lun)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)軸(zhou)套孔(kong)(kong)裝(zhuang)配前,鏜削(xue)切(qie)割和(he)鍵槽的修整(zheng)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)端(duan)面(mian)和(he)其它表面(mian)的加工等(deng)。半聯軸(zhou)器(qi)的軸(zhou)套孔(kong)(kong)有(you)(you)圓(yuan)(yuan)錐孔(kong)(kong)和(he)圓(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)孔(kong)(kong)兩(liang)種形式,圓(yuan)(yuan)錐孔(kong)(kong)比圓(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)孔(kong)(kong)在工藝特(te)性上有(you)(you)較多(duo)的特(te)點,圓(yuan)(yuan)錐形軸(zhou)套孔(kong)(kong)容(rong)易獲得相配合部件之間的同心。


對輪聯(lian)(lian)軸器在工(gong)作過程中,并(bing)且會帶來燃油消耗空氣污染等后果(guo),由(you)于(yu)承(cheng)(cheng)受咬入沖擊動(dong)載荷,使得聯(lian)(lian)軸器受到(dao)峰值(zhi)轉矩,聯(lian)(lian)軸器承(cheng)(cheng)載能力下降,并(bing)在短時間內失效,從而直接(jie)影響(xiang)其(qi)正常工(gong)作,其(qi)中的(de)(de)較薄弱(ruo)環(huan)節進行替換(huan)或維修是(shi)重要(yao)和實用的(de)(de)。聯(lian)(lian)軸器兩(liang)軸相(xiang)對半徑變位要(yao)求較好,找耦合同心(xin)度為0.2~0.6mm,存在很大困難。如(ru)果(guo)在駕(jia)駛過程中螺栓松(song)動(dong),泵裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)振動(dong)和噪音(yin)可能會變大。
