伺(si)服電機聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)，因其使用場合的(de)精(jing)(jing)密(mi)性(xing)，必須(xu)具備特殊的(de)性(xing)能(neng)：零間(jian)隙(xi)：聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)整(zheng)體在(zai)傳動(dong)過(guo)(guo)程中不允許(xu)有間(jian)隙(xi)，包括正向間(jian)隙(xi)以及回程間(jian)隙(xi)；高(gao)剛(gang)性(xing)：即不允許(xu)出(chu)現傳動(dong)的(de)遲滯性(xing)，否則(ze)將嚴重(zhong)影響伺(si)服馬達傳動(dong)的(de)精(jing)(jing)度；低慣量：在(zai)保證傳動(dong)強度的(de)基(ji)礎之(zhi)上(shang)，應盡(jin)可能(neng)降低伺(si)服馬達聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)的(de)重(zhong)量；柔性(xing)：精(jing)(jing)密(mi)的(de)伺(si)服聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)，不僅要求剛(gang)性(xing)高(gao)，同(tong)時需要吸收安裝過(guo)(guo)程中產生的(de)軸(zhou)與(yu)軸(zhou)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)偏(pian)差；其他性(xing)能(neng)：耐熱性(xing)、動(dong)平衡性(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是(shi)電機(ji)與風機(ji)連(lian)接的聯軸(zhou)器。它可以(yi)將不同(tong)機(ji)構中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢(lao)牢(lao)地(di)緊密連(lian)接在(zai)一起，以(yi)此達到一同(tong)旋轉的目的，并傳遞運動(dong)機(ji)械零(ling)(ling)件，有(you)時也用以(yi)聯接軸(zhou)與其他(ta)零(ling)(ling)件。

風機聯(lian)軸(zhou)器具有(you)減速、增速、變向(xiang)和(he)(he)換向(xiang)等動(dong)作以及緩(huan)和(he)(he)沖擊(ji)、吸振的作用。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器可分(fen)為剛性(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器和(he)(he)撓性(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器兩大(da)類(lei)。前者不具有(you)緩(huan)沖性(xing)和(he)(he)補償兩軸(zhou)線(xian)相對(dui)位移的能力，但結構(gou)簡單，制造成(cheng)本較低，裝拆、維護(hu)方便(bian)。
