伺(si)服(fu)電機(ji)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器，因其使用(yong)場合(he)的(de)(de)精密性(xing)(xing)，必須具備特(te)殊(shu)的(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)：零間(jian)(jian)隙：聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器整體(ti)在傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)不(bu)允(yun)許有間(jian)(jian)隙，包括(kuo)正向間(jian)(jian)隙以及回(hui)程(cheng)間(jian)(jian)隙；高(gao)剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)：即(ji)不(bu)允(yun)許出現傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)遲滯性(xing)(xing)，否則將嚴重(zhong)影響伺(si)服(fu)馬(ma)達傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)精度(du)；低(di)慣量：在保證傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)強度(du)的(de)(de)基礎之上，應(ying)盡可(ke)能(neng)降低(di)伺(si)服(fu)馬(ma)達聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)(de)重(zhong)量；柔性(xing)(xing)：精密的(de)(de)伺(si)服(fu)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器，不(bu)僅要(yao)求剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)高(gao)，同時需要(yao)吸收安裝過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)產(chan)生的(de)(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)與軸(zhou)(zhou)之間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)偏差；其他性(xing)(xing)能(neng)：耐熱性(xing)(xing)、動(dong)(dong)平衡性(xing)(xing)等。
風機聯軸器是電機與風機連接的聯軸(zhou)器。它可(ke)以(yi)將(jiang)不同機構中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢(lao)牢(lao)地緊(jin)密(mi)連接在一起，以(yi)此達到一同旋轉的目(mu)的，并傳遞運動(dong)機械零件，有時也用以(yi)聯接軸(zhou)與其他零件。
風(feng)機聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)具有減(jian)速、增(zeng)速、變向和(he)換向等動(dong)作(zuo)以(yi)及緩和(he)沖擊、吸振的作(zuo)用。聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)可分為剛(gang)性(xing)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)和(he)撓性(xing)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)兩大(da)類。前(qian)者不(bu)具有緩沖性(xing)和(he)補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線相對位(wei)移的能力，但(dan)結構簡(jian)單(dan)，制造(zao)成(cheng)本較低，裝拆、維(wei)護(hu)方便。
