伺(si)服電機聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，因其(qi)使用場(chang)合的(de)精密性(xing)(xing)，必須具備特殊的(de)性(xing)(xing)能：零間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)：聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)整體在傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中不允許有間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)，包括(kuo)正向(xiang)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)以及(ji)回程(cheng)(cheng)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)；高剛性(xing)(xing)：即不允許出現傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)遲滯性(xing)(xing)，否則將嚴重影響伺(si)服馬達(da)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)精度(du)；低慣量：在保證傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)強度(du)的(de)基礎之(zhi)上(shang)，應盡可能降低伺(si)服馬達(da)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)重量；柔性(xing)(xing)：精密的(de)伺(si)服聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，不僅要求剛性(xing)(xing)高，同時需(xu)要吸收安裝過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中產(chan)生的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)與軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)偏(pian)差；其(qi)他性(xing)(xing)能：耐(nai)熱性(xing)(xing)、動(dong)(dong)(dong)平衡性(xing)(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與(yu)風機(ji)連(lian)接的聯軸器(qi)。它可以將不(bu)同機(ji)構中的主動軸和從動軸牢牢地緊密連(lian)接在(zai)一(yi)起，以此達到一(yi)同旋(xuan)轉的目的，并(bing)傳遞運動機(ji)械(xie)零件，有時也用(yong)以聯接軸與(yu)其他零件。

風機聯(lian)軸器具(ju)(ju)有減速(su)、增(zeng)速(su)、變向(xiang)和(he)換(huan)向(xiang)等動作以及緩(huan)和(he)沖擊、吸振的(de)作用。聯(lian)軸器可分(fen)為剛性聯(lian)軸器和(he)撓性聯(lian)軸器兩(liang)(liang)大類(lei)。前者不具(ju)(ju)有緩(huan)沖性和(he)補償兩(liang)(liang)軸線相對(dui)位移的(de)能力，但結構簡單，制造成本較低，裝(zhuang)拆、維護(hu)方便。
