卷筒聯(lian)軸器(qi)由帶(dai)鼓形(xing)齒(chi)的(de)外齒(chi)軸套、帶(dai)聯(lian)接法蘭(lan)和(he)內齒(chi)圈的(de)外套、帶(dai)外球(qiu)面的(de)承載環、端蓋和(he)密封圈等(deng)組成，并設有定位(wei)磨(mo)損(sun)指針、潤滑油孔(kong)和(he)通氣孔(kong)等(deng)。

外(wai)齒(chi)軸套和外(wai)套構成的(de)鼓形(xing)齒(chi)式聯軸器傳遞(di)驅(qu)動功率(lv), 而由(you)承(cheng)載(zai)環的(de)外(wai)球(qiu)(qiu)面和外(wai)套的(de)內(nei)承(cheng)載(zai)面形(xing)成的(de)接(jie)觸(chu)副構成自動調位(wei)的(de)球(qiu)(qiu)面軸承(cheng)，承(cheng)受(shou)徑向(xiang)載(zai)荷。聯軸器的(de)內(nei)、外(wai)齒(chi)嚙合(he)在油浴(yu)中工作(zuo),通過內(nei)外(wai)端(duan)蓋、密(mi)封(feng)圈防止潤滑脂(zhi)泄漏。
