蛇簧聯軸器其主要結構是由兩個半聯軸節，兩個半外罩，兩個密封圈及蛇形彈簧片組成。它是靠蛇簧嵌入兩半聯軸節的齒槽內來傳遞扭矩，聯軸器以蛇形彈簧片嵌入兩個半聯軸節的齒槽內，來實現主動軸與從動軸的鏈接。蛇型彈簧聯軸器運轉(zhuan)時，是靠(kao)主(zhu)動端(duan)齒面對(dui)蛇簧(huang)的軸向作用力帶動從動端(duan)，來傳遞(di)扭矩(ju)，如此在(zai)很大程度上避免了共(gong)振現(xian)象發生，且簧(huang)片(pian)在(zai)傳遞(di)扭矩(ju)時所產生的彈性(xing)變量，使機械系統能獲(huo)得較好的減(jian)振效果，其平均減(jian)振率(lv)達36%以上。
