凸(tu)(tu)緣聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)屬于(yu)剛性聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi),是(shi)把(ba)兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)帶有凸(tu)(tu)緣的(de)半(ban)(ban)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)用(yong)普(pu)通(tong)平鍵分別與兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)連(lian)接,然后用(yong)螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)把(ba)兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)半(ban)(ban)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)連(lian)成(cheng)一體,以傳(chuan)遞(di)運動(dong)和(he)轉矩(ju)。這種(zhong)(zhong)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)有兩(liang)種(zhong)(zhong)主要(yao)的(de)結構形(xing)式:靠鉸制孔用(yong)螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)來實現兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)對(dui)(dui)中和(he)靠螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)桿承受擠壓與剪切來傳(chuan)遞(di)轉矩(ju);靠一個(ge)(ge)半(ban)(ban)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)上的(de)凸(tu)(tu)肩與另一個(ge)(ge)半(ban)(ban)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)上的(de)凹(ao)槽相配合而對(dui)(dui)中。連(lian)接兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)半(ban)(ban)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)可以采用(yong)A級和(he)B級的(de)普(pu)通(tong)螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan),轉矩(ju)靠兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)半(ban)(ban)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)結合面的(de)摩擦力矩(ju)來傳(chuan)遞(di)。凸(tu)(tu)緣聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)結構簡單(dan),制造方便,成(cheng)本較(jiao)低,工(gong)作(zuo)可靠,裝(zhuang)拆(chai)、維護均較(jiao)簡便,傳(chuan)遞(di)轉矩(ju)較(jiao)大(da),能(neng)保證兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)具(ju)有較(jiao)高的(de)對(dui)(dui)中精度(du),一般常用(yong)于(yu)載荷平穩,高速(su)或(huo)傳(chuan)動(dong)精度(du)要(yao)求(qiu)較(jiao)高的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)系傳(chuan)動(dong)。凸(tu)(tu)緣聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)不具(ju)備徑向(xiang)、軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)和(he)角向(xiang)補償。剛性聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)一種(zhong)(zhong)扭(niu)轉剛性的(de)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi),即使承受負(fu)載時也無任何(he)回轉間隙,即便是(shi)有偏(pian)差(cha)產(chan)生負(fu)荷時,剛性聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)還是(shi)剛性傳(chuan)遞(di)扭(niu)矩(ju)。
