扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當超載或機械故(gu)障而導致所需扭矩超過設定(ding)值時，它以打(da)(da)滑形式限制傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)系(xi)統所傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的扭力(li)，打(da)(da)滑的同時也能一個信(xin)號輸出停掉電機和減速機，當過載情形消失后自行恢復(fu)聯(lian)結(jie)。
